Holiday Lane Vendors

All vendor spots for the 2024 Festival of Trees are currently full. If you wish to apply for the wait list or next year you may complete the form below.

Please note: To offer a wide variety of high-quality products at Festival of Trees, we limit participation in all our categories to a maximum of three vendors. Please note that our jewelry and candle booths are among our most popular. If you're interested in being a jewelry or candle vendor, we recommend you apply early. Vendor participants will be chosen by the Festival committee no later than June 15.

  • Festival Hours:

    Friday, 11/22 12pm - 7pm with a “Sip, Stroll & Shop” event from 4pm - 7pm

    Saturday, 11/23 10am - 5pm. Evening event 7pm - 10pm.

    Sunday, 11/24 10am - 5pm

  • Vendor set-up begins Friday, 11/22 at 2pm and ends at 5pm. Saturday set-up is from 8am-10am.

    Vendor move-out is Sunday, 11/24 at 5pm.

  • Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the 2024 Festival of Trees.

    Venue Set-up and Pricing:
    $400- 8’ table with cloth
    $25- additional table in the same space

    Your application will then be reviewed by the Vendor Selection Committee. You will be contacted to confirm if you have been accepted. Upon acceptance, we require an immediate deposit of $200 and the remaining balance by September 15th.

    NOTE: This is a family holiday event raising funds for families facing cancer. As such, we do not allow sale of anything political, profane, violent, gun related, smoking related or the sale of recreational drugs and related products. Important Additional Information:

Table location is at the discretion of the Ann’s Place Festival Committee.

  • Insurance: Ann’s Place Inc. (and The Summit at Danbury) assume no responsibility for damage, theft, personal injury or loss of exhibitor work, personal property, or display property. We urge all vendors to carry their own insurance.

  • Each Vendor is responsible for staffing his or her own booth for the full duration of Festival. Vendors are responsible for processing their own sales, collecting, and reporting CT sales tax.

  • All Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their area clean during show hours, including clean up at the end of show. To avoid having a cleanup fee assessed, please plan your inventory levels accordingly and remove waste packaging daily.
